Michigan Cherry Slurp Event Resources
A Michigan Cherry Slurp is a community event that builds relationships and supports Michigan agriculture, celebrating one of our signature products – cherries! To show your love for frozen or dried cherries, consider hosting a slurp event on Valentine’s Day (February 14th) or sometime in the month of February for National Cherry Month.
Michigan institutions - schools, early childcare and education sites, hospitals, colleges and universities - organizations, businesses, and individuals can celebrate with slurp! Just like the Michigan Apple Crunch, it is a time to get creative.
There are many ways to celebrate. See the resources below to help you organize a fun and successful Michigan Cherry Slurp event.
