It's hard to believe that it is already the start of another school year and has almost been a whole year since the 2019 Michigan Apple Crunch.
The Michigan Crunch team recognizes that things may look very different for food service operations this year and we believe that the Crunch might be a great activity for you students, employees and community members to participate in either virtually and in-person. We are still proceeding with the Crunch this year as planned, with lots of options for Michigan institutions, children, and residents to celebrate the Michigan apple harvest wherever you may be located come October 8th. We will also share more resources to create activities and lessons to highlight Michigan’s apple season.
Given the early nature of this year’s Crunch date (October 8th), we are encouraging folks to participate on any day during the month of October that works best for you.
