Forward Food and Michigan Dining invite you to attend the Forward Food Leadership Summit -- a special, free event for food and nutrition professionals where you'll learn how to promote healthy and sustainable foods at your institution as well as how you can help build a more profitable dining operation.

Special guests: Dr Joel Kahn - author and preventive cardiologist at Kahn Center for Cardiac Longevity; Steve Mangan - Senior Director of Michigan Dining, University of Michigan; Lindsey Scalera - Community Food Systems Collaboration Specialist at MSU Center for Regional Food Systems; former University of Michigan football player, Marc Ramirez.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm.

WHO: food service professionals from K-12 schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, business and industry, and any other sector are invited to attend.

CREDITS: 4.5 CPEUs offered for RDs (Registered Dieticians) and DTRs (Dietetic Technicians, Registered), 3 CEHs offered for chefs, and 3 CEs for CDMs (Certified Dietary Managers).
